How to Apply
PROCESS
Letter of Intent Stage:
- Potential applicants may call the Foundation at 701-271-0263 or toll free at 1-877-977-5770 to discuss their proposed project. If the proposed project fits within the Foundation's mission and current interests, the applicant will be invited to submit a letter of lntent (LOI).
- Applicants will be notified of the status of their letter of intent proposal approximately 30 days after submission.
- Letters of intent that best meet the Foundation's mission and current interests proceed to the grant application stage.
Grant Application Stage:
- Applicants are given approximately one month to complete the grant application.
- Grant applications received undergo a thorough investigation by Foundation staff, Strategic Platforms committee members, and, if necessary, other health experts.
- Applicants are notified of their grant application status approximately six weeks after the application submission.
